Unannotated Studies (Blue:Gain;Red:Loss;Brown:Complex;Purple:Inversion;Black:Unknown)

This track shows the locations of structural variations. We define structural variation as genomic alterations that involve segments of DNA that are larger than >100bp. Currently the content of the database is limited to structural variation identified in healthy control samples. The dataset is continuously updated with new data from peer reviewed research studies.
